There is no official DJGPP makefile for Quake, it was omitted in source 
release by Id Software.

All assembly files should be compiled with `gcc -x assembler-with-cpp` when 
using GCC in order to make #includes and #defines work.
This applies to Linux and DJGPP. On Windows Quake is using different build 
environment, with MSVC and MASM.
