Is there any place where these 2.04 bugs would be listed? I took a look 
here:
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/bugs/list-open.cgi

But it seems to be quite outdated, then I guess there must be some 
alternate bug tracker somewhere, that I am unaware of.
