There isn't one, at least not by default. I don't know of all the third-party versions of things, so perhaps there is one there, but I kinda doubt it. The best you can get "officially" is probably 2.04 beta's DXE3, which gives you dlsym, dlopen, etc. Otherwise you'll just have to use DJELF.

What app exactly are you trying to build that needs this functionality? Try removing "-ldl" from the makefile, and see if it builds correctly with 2.04 then.
