I have built Watt-32 a few times, but I've never programmed for it.
I've built one or two things that used it, though. So it does actually
build. IIRC, it was something silly like "set WATT_ROOT=c:\watt32 ; cd
\watt32\src ; configur.bat djgpp ; make -f djgpp.mak".

Curl, I've never used nor built it. But Dillo-Win32 [sic]'s DJGPP port
had a copy of it w/ srcs here (crl7216[bs].zip):
