I downloaded the compiled binary of UnRTF from the website

I tried both beta and current:
  ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/beta/v2gnu/urtf211b.zip
  ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/current/v2gnu/urtf211b.zip

and they both give the same error when I run the exe on Windows XP:

/dev/env/DJDIR/lib/unrtf/html.conf: No such file or directory (ENOENT)
no config directories

I see that a /lib/unrtf/html.conf is provided in the folder but it
seems like its not looking for it there.

Could someone enlighten me as to how to get this to work?
