Actually, his page isn't correct, latest is 2.2 (circa 2003).

I just now noticed that Elvis/Win32 works under Japheth's latest HX! I
swear I tried a year or so back, and it bombed out horribly, so this
must be a fairly new fix (probably unrelated but still ... good news!).
