This is a port of GNU help2man 1.37.1 to MSDOS/DJGPP

  help2man is a perl script to create simple man pages from the --help and
  --version output of programs.


  DJGPP specific changes.
  =======================

  - There are no DJGPP specific user visible changes to the script.



  All the changes done to the original distribution are documented in the diffs
  file and located together with all the files needed to configure the package
  (config.bat, config.sed, config.site, etc.) in the /djgpp subdir.
  To use help2man you will need to install the DJGPP ports of Perl and bash.


  The port consists of the usual three packages that can be downloaded from
  ftp.delorie.com and mirrors as (timestamp 2010-01-16):

    help2man 1.37.1 binary, info and man format documentation:
