Not much, it's primarily a bugfix release.  If it is stable enough,
chances are that the next release will be 24.1.

Well, I thought I'd do it, but got even busier: Emacs switched to
Bazaar as its VCS, and I'm working on adding bidirectional editing to
it.  So no promises, unfortunately.
