The correct way for using GCC relative prefix is to install GCC completely
in different place as I mentioned before (2). I think that the current behavior
(as 4.3.2) is more correct than the old one (and it seems to be caused by changes
in original sources of GCC not DJGPP related changes).

There are going to be changes in behavior of GCC between major versions sometimes.
It would not be correct to undo such changes for DJGPP.
