Hello

The reason for this failure is that your TEMP or TMP or whatever
environment variable your are using to point to a temporary directory
is pointing to a not existing directory.  Please make sure that if
your
TEMP say c:\temp, the c:\temp directory has really been created
before you try to use it.  splint will not check for the existence of
directories before trying to access them.
