Yes, it would be possible, but not high on my priority list.
In exphdlr.c - around line 1126 - instead of a hard coded
5, setting or clearing the mask "4" in the value based on if
dalloc_max_size() is zero would theoretically fix this.  You
can see in the comment in the code another minor bug - it always
claims to use V86 mode for interrupts, when this isn't always
true.
