A misquote. That means it's not possible to build Win32 programs with
Watt-32 under Windows 9x/ME. That is because the interface to WinPcap
is different that under NT-systems. You can surely build pure djgpp programs
and run them under Windows 9x/ME using a suitablre packet-driver. NDIS3PKT
from www.danlan.com should work fine.
