The "package 3.33" is actuall a package of GCC-3.3.3 only.  You'll need
other packages to match it to get a running DJGPP system.  sys/version.h
is supposed to be in your djdev package.

crt0.s is part of the DJGPP sources (djlsr*.zip), not of the binary
packages.
