I don't know what the exact issue is.  It could be that OW1.3 handles
'static' improperly...  I haven't updated to OW1.4, so it might be fixed
now.  OW has made some phenomenal strides lately.  It could become a DJGPP
killer if DJGPP doesn't get full libc support soon...

Since you are one of the very _few_ programmers whose coding style I like,
I'll take a look.  (I have all your posted code anyway...except stuff since
Jan.)

Darn.  I thought you gave up on a real OS, now both you and Freedos-32 are
going to beat me.  ;)    You've got the code to do it, but I haven't seen it
yet...
