Yes, but you have to copy the data to DOS memory, then compute the
seg:ofs of the *dos* memory.  You can't use the offset of the DJGPP
memory because dos can't access 32-bit protected memory directly.

No, because there are no segments and offsets like you're used to in
DJGPP.
