hi jean-pierre,

in my experience, not all packet drivers would work well under windows.

the plip driver worked well, while true nic drivers should probably need
some dos wrapper.

plip was ok for me (i wanted to test a djgpp based peer to peer
application i made), so i did not further inquire.

you might find
http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~phekda/richdawe/lsck/lsck.htm helpfull,
as it deals to (djgpp) networking under windows.
