Well damn it!  I get to eat my words...

I decided to see how far I got with int 0x21 DJGPP TSR I was
working on.  It kept blowing up/locking up on DOS EXEC int 0x21,
AX=4b00.  A few tweaks later, and lo and behold, it works.  Well,
it works with PMODEDJ (PMODETSR.EXE).  It currently page-faults
with CWSDPMI.  So some memory isn't mapped or locked.  I'll post as
soon as it's fixed.
