I have made the same trip - from Borland C application (talking to ISA card) to equivalent DJGPP application. All "inport"s and "outport"s are working fine. May be a cause of strange behaviour is difference in C types? int letter_A_sound[256]; means slightly different things in Borland C and DJGPP. -- Alexander
