Why does the delorie zip picker pick gcc400 by default?
AFAIK gcc400 is quite buggy and produces inferiour results compared to the 
more mature 3.x line (at least most of the time)..
Shouldn't the zip picker default to a 3.x compiler until the new 4.x lines 
becomes more mature?
