> Question: Is there a good TAR & UNTAR prog for DOS ?? > >I have some TAR's from obscure sources, > but they are almost undocumented, even no (C) > or version info. > > Any good TAR version with docs around ? ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/current/v2gnu/tar112ab.zip contains a tar program compiled with djdev203. ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/beta/v2gnu/tar112ab.zip contains the same tar program compiled with djdev204 for the use winxp. Both contains info docs and man pages. ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/beta/v2/djdev204.zip contains the djtar program that decompresses .zip, .tar, .tar.gz and .tar.bz2 archives. Regards, Juan M. Guerrero
