Does anyone know if there's an equivalent to the -S switch in RHIDE
for RHGDB? I'm trying to use RHGDB under Windows XP (yeah, yeah, I
know) and I'm not having much success. I suspect that it may be
because on my system, I have to invoke RHIDE with the -S switch for
safer video RAM writes - but I don't see such a switch for RHGDB.

I'd really like to move to using a makefile to build my application
but I really don't want to have to tell people "you're stuck with
command-line GDB for debugging" in order to do that.

Perhaps I'll take another crack at getting a cross-GDB to talk to
DDD under CygWin...
