I haven't seen yet version of RHIDE which works reliably under WinXP.
In any case all versions up to 1.5.0 are highly unstable under XP. I have some 
my own build (TV-2.0.3, GDB-6.3, etc) , but also that is not stable enough, 
so I'm not going to release it.
