My builds of both GNU autoconf-2.59 and GNU automake-1.9.4 are available for 
testing from:
 ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/beta/v2gnu/

autoconf-2.59:  
 sources: acnf259s.zip
 binaries: acnf259b.zip

automake-1.9.4: 
 sources: amak194s.zip
 binaries: amak194b.zip 

There were testsuite failures, so be carefull. Testsuite output for both 
backages can be found in binary archives.

Tests are done under WinXP only. Otherwise both worked OK for me.
