> Isn't here a contradiction? No, because as the author I'm allowed to specify any license I wish. I wish it to be ALMOST GPL, with the differences as specified in COPYING.DJ (in djdev*.zip, you should already have a copy). The exceptions allow you to do more with djgpp than the GPL alone allows.
