Bottom posting is not a requirement in this forum.  Blind readers
prefer top posting too.  When properly trimmed, it doesn't matter what
you do, and it becomes more obvious where the text goes (above,
between, or below the inclusion text) depending on the context.

Also, ':' is not the standard inclusion marker, '>' is.  Many
news/mail readers look for the '>' to reformat textual messages.
