Try looking in gcc2952s2.zip on the DJGPP ftp site.  Failing that,
perhaps the version of the script in gcc332s2.zip will help.

They are serious: those diffs are to be applied as patches to the
official sources.  The script does that using the Patch utility,
which needs those diffs as input.

However, if you use the sources from gccXYZs.zip, then you don't need
to patch the sources, as gccXYZs.zip comes with files that are already
patched.
