The DJGPP mailing lists require you to be a subscriber of at least one
of the delorie.com lists; however there is a separate
members AT delorie DOT com list that exists just to bypass this.

Posts to comp.os.msdos.djgpp do not require you to be a member;
they'll get sent to the mailing list regardless.
