I'm still booting plain DOS from disk, when I want to compile
a .c-program with GCC/DJGPP
because

1. I have other drive-letters, when I boot Win-XP and so, all my paths
   in batch files are wrong
2. I can't get doskey and other utilities in Win-Xp
3. there are many incompatibilities with all sort of programs in Win-Xp

what's other people's experiences with compiling/editing/debugging
programs under XP ?
