I don't know how to do it under WindoesNT.  But I did it under Linux
...

First, I did the normal build of GCC so I had all the object files.  I
saved the compile and link command lines it used for the various
images (cpp, cc1).  Then I edited them to compile and link using my
libraries and ran them.  Then the normal test, enbug, test, enbug, ...
