Some years ago, a book was written on programming which used an albeit 
older by present standards version of DJGPP. I'm not talking about a 
Sam's book that has improper install instructions!

The one I'm mentioning is one I remember DJ reported got an autographed 
copy. Is this book still on print (or available)?
