You can't --- they don't exist.  You really should check out the FAQ
for details and further recommendations.

For a very rough first shot, it can be enough to

	#define far  /*nothing*/
	#define near /*nothing*/
	#define huge /*nothing*/

In some central place.  That will leave some special places to fix,
though.
