Hereby I, as a DJGPP guru of the second class, thirdy initiate and
major humpy-dumpty, always recommend to uninstall packages before up-
or down-grading a package.

For uninstalling, use the above line given by JT Williams (suitably
changed for the packet in question) or pakke (the DJGPP package tool).
