Set the environment variable TERMCAP to point to the name of the
termcap file, like this:

	set TERMCAP=c:\djgpp\gnu\emacs\etc\termcap.src

Don't forget to set the TERM variable to the entry in termcap.src
that describes your terminal driver (probably, ANSI.SYS, right?).
