I you want to use wxWindows and DJGPP there is only one solution which
is supposed to work without much troubles: there is wxMGL port which
is supposed to produce wxWindows application with MGL graphics library
(http://www.wxwindows.org/dl_mgl.htm).

I'm working on wxTV port which is supposed to produce wxWindows
application with TVision library. But it shouldn't be available soon.

I can hardly imagine any other compination of DJGPP + wxWindows but
there are of course free combinations of 'C++' + 'wxWindows' +
'win32'. See MinGW, OpenWatcom, Borland, DJGPP for example.
