Then you've found the wrong thing.  DJGPP does not make Windows
programs.  You can, in principle, use the RSXNTDJ package to change
that, but that seems to have suffered from enough bit-rot to be
unusable with current DJGPP installations.

You really should get one of the Win32 ports of GCC instead.  Either
Cygwin32 or MinGW32, to be precise.

It doesn't.  It solves a problem you'ld typically have *after* finding
a suitable compiler, but doesn't help you at all in solving the
imminent one.
