Neither.  It's a Unix format for binary files.

DJGPP uses COFF for object and executable code, and (by default) ELF
for debug info.

Sorry, this is not possible at the moment.  You'd have to hack the
DJGPP port of Binutils to produce ELF binaries, and reconfigure and
rebuild GCC accordingly, before you can have it.
