The date of the DJDEV203 is actually 2002, and it came hot off
ftp.delorie.com about a month ago.  I suspect the one mounted
there is actually not up to date.  The pakke resync has been
done, and no patch levels ever appear.  This was a brand new
installation on this (public) system.
