I'd  thought, it should be included by default , but  very 
few people work under DOS these days., 
so maybe it's not needed.

yes, I found it.
exe2coff.exe myprogram.exe

OK. No problem for me.
20KB is not so much. If size were a problem, then strip.exe
would be run by default.
Only when no other version of CWSDPMI is found,
it should use the version included in the executable.
