We don't have portability layer for MSVC.  So you will have to see
what graphics routines the code needs and write their emulation using
what we have (which basically complies to Borland's C).

As the first step, comment out the line that includes graph.h and see
how far can you get in compiling and linking the result.  Then solve
the problems, if any, one by one.
