I think that's a rather sure road to desaster.  For once, there is no
such thing as 'cmd.com'.  It's either command.com, or cmd.exe.  The latter
cannot be used as the shell for DJGPP make to execute its commands by, because
it's not a DOS program.  

Get rid of that setting and re-try, please.
