The DJGPP port of GDB doesn't support gdbserver because no one has yet
ported gdbserver to DJGPP and submitted the changes to the GDB
maintainers.

Could you please describe what do you need gdbserver for?  What job
do you want to do with it in the DJGPP environment?

Given that information, I might be able to suggest a solution, if one
exists.
