Here is a list of changes from DJGPP V2.03 to V2.04

A name conflict between gettext declared in `conio.h' and
gettext provided by @acronym{GNU} Gettext has been resolved.

Remark:
The conflict might have been resolved at the expense
of some functionality. An update/fix to DJGPP V2.04
would be appreciated.
