stdio.h does not control how djgpp works - it just reports on how it
works.  Changing it will not fix anything, it will only make your
program misunderstand what's going to happen anyway.

You can use stubedit to change the size of the stack.  The heap size
is limited by total system memory and does not need to be directly
changed.
