After installing DJGPP to my PC:

DJGPP=c:\DJGPP\djgpp.env

PATH=C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~1.NET\Common7\IDE;C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~1.NET\VC7\BIN;C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~1.NET\Common7\Tools;C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~1.NET\Common7\Tools\bin\prerelease;C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~1.NET\Common7\Tools\bin;C:\DJGPP\bin\;C:\Perl\bin\;C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND;C:\WINDOWS\system32\WBEM;C:\Program
Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\;C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.2914\;C:\Program
Files\Microsoft.NET\FrameworkSDK\Bin;C:\MSSQL7\BINN;c:\j2sdk1.4.1\bin;C:\WINDOWS\MICROS~1.NET\FRAMEW~1\V10~1.291\;C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2.NET\FRAMEW~1\Bin;

The directory where I unzipped all the DJGPP files was c:\DJGPP.

I am sure I followed *ALL* procedures in the instruction and it ain't
working for my PC. I wonder if the current version of DJGPP is not
suitable for Windows XP. If so, I probably look for other C++
compilers or use other programming language like java or .Net instead.
