I think the libcstdcxx version matches the version of GCC, so if you
use GCC 3.2.2 you're using version 3.2.2 of the library.

If you were thinking about C++ standard version, GCC aims for the
latest C++ standard. If it's actually there, I don't know.

If you were thinking about libc (unlikely as you speak of gpp) it
matches the DJGPP version.
