I guess I'm probably reporting this to the wrong place.

I know that this is a very small complaint, but uclock() is still out by 
1 in 65536.

     outportb(0x43, 0x34);
     outportb(0x40, 0xff);
     outportb(0x40, 0xff);

I think this should really be:

     outportb(0x43, 0x34);
     outportb(0x40, 0x00);
     outportb(0x40, 0x00);

I guess you could say it's more a tiny inconvenience than a bug.
