It's not entirely clear what you're asking.  If your
question is whether you can use the C++ template
feature in a file compiled as a C module, the answer
is no - C++ templates will be instantiated by the C++
compiler only, not by the C compiler.

If that's not what you're asking, then you need to be
more specific in your question.
