The question is a bit unclear.  What exactly is your intention --- do
you want to put the C compiler into a mode that accepts only standard
C code?  Such a mode doesn't exist.  Some extensions are always
available, albeit hidden in implementors' namespace where the standard
doesn't care about them.  But there are options to select what dialect
of C the compiler will accept, mainly which extensions it turns on.
