I don't know what initial email you're referring to here --- there's
no 'set' output in the initial message in this thread, as seen from
here.

On to other possible problem: do you actually have files in
c:\djgpp\bin?  Is there a file c:\djgpp\bin\gcc.exe?  And a
c:\djgpp\bin\make.exe, too?
