If your program constantly spawns other DJGPP programs, and does that
many times, this could be a result of a known bug in Windows DPMI
server: it leaks resources (such as conventional memory and segment
descriptors).

Try using the recently-released alpha version of DJGPP v2.04, where
some of these problems should have work-arounds.
